Ingredients:

1 can (14 oz / 400g) sweetened condensed milk

1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking powder

½ cup (120ml) milk

¼ cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch (23cm) round or square cake pan, or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat the eggs with an electric mixer or whisk until slightly frothy (about 2 minutes).

Add the condensed milk, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until the batter is smooth and lump-free.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
