Here’s a super easy and delicious Cream Cheese Cake recipe that uses minimal ingredients and requires very little effort:


Easiest Cream Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh berries

  • Fruit preserves or pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.)

  • Whipped cream


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth using a hand mixer or whisk.

  3. Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined and smooth.

  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the graham cracker crust.

  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is just set and slightly jiggly. (It will firm up as it cools.)

  6. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  7. Add your favorite toppings before serving, if desired.


Tips:

  • For a richer flavor, let the cake chill overnight.

  • Want a no-bake version? Skip the eggs and bake time—just chill the mixture until firm (about 4–6
