Here’s a simple and effective Ginger Tea recipe known for its natural blood-thinning properties. Ginger contains salicylates, which are natural blood-thinners and can help support cardiovascular health when used regularly and responsibly.


🌿 Ginger Tea – Natural Blood Thinner Recipe

βœ… Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 inches fresh ginger root (peeled and sliced thin)

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional, adds vitamin C and enhances circulation)

  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional, for taste and added antioxidants)

  • A pinch of turmeric (optional, anti-inflammatory & synergistic with ginger)

  • A pinch of black pepper (optional, enhances turmeric absorption)


🍡 Instructions:

  1. Boil Water
    Bring the 2 cups of water to a boil in a small saucepan.

  2. Add Ginger
    Add the sliced ginger to the boiling water.

  3. Simmer
    Reduce heat and simmer for about 10–15 minutes.

  4. Strain & Serve
    Strain the tea into a cup. Add lemon juice, honey, turmeric, and black pepper if using.

  5. Drink Warm
    Enjoy the tea warm. You can drink 1–2 cups per day.
