Garlic and Black Pepper Oil Remedy

🧄 Garlic and Black Pepper Oil Remedy

✅ Ingredients:

  • 10 cloves of fresh garlic (peeled and crushed)

  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns (coarsely crushed or freshly ground)

  • 1 cup (250 ml) olive oil or coconut oil

  • Optional: 1 tsp turmeric powder (for additional anti-inflammatory benefits)

🔥 Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan on low heat.

  2. Add crushed garlic and black pepper.

  3. Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not let the garlic burn.

  4. If using turmeric, add it during the last 5 minutes of simmering.

  5. Remove from heat and let it cool.

  6. Strain the oil into a clean glass jar or bottle.

  7. Store in a cool, dark place. Use within 2 weeks (refrigerate for longer shelf life).

💆 How to Use:

  • Warm the oil slightly before use.

  • Gently massage into affected areas (legs, joints, or areas with varicose veins or arthritis pain).

  • Wrap the area with a warm cloth or towel and rest for 20–30 minutes.

  • Use once or twice daily for best results.


🌿 Why It May Help:

  • Garlic: Contains allicin, which has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and circulation-boosting properties.

  • Black Pepper: Enhances absorption of beneficial compounds and helps reduce pain and swelling.

  • Olive/Coconut Oil: Acts as a carrier and helps with skin absorption and soothing.
