Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water (not boiling)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, for blood sugar support)

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric (optional, for inflammation)

  • A pinch of cayenne pepper (optional, for metabolism boost)

  • 1 teaspoon raw honey or stevia (optional, for taste)


Instructions:

  1. Warm your water (don’t boil—lukewarm is best).

  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in the water.

  3. Drink on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.
