Here’s a delicious Cherry Cheesecake Lush recipe – it’s a no-bake layered dessert that’s creamy, fruity, and perfect for potlucks or family gatherings!


🍒 Cherry Cheesecake Lush Recipe

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ½ cup melted butter

  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional)

Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Pudding Layer:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant cheesecake or vanilla pudding mix

  • 1 ½ cups cold milk

Topping:

  • 1 can cherry pie filling (21 oz)

  • Remaining whipped topping (about 1 cup or more)


Instructions

  1. Make the Crust:

    • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.

    • Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish.

    • Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.

  2. Prepare the Cream Cheese Layer:

    • Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

    • Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.

    • Spread evenly over the chilled crust.

  3. Make the Pudding Layer:

    • Whisk pudding mix with cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened.

    • Spread over the cream cheese layer.

  4. Add the Toppings:

    • Gently spread cherry pie filling over the pudding layer.

    • Top with more whipped topping (you can dollop or spread a full layer, depending on preference).

  5. Chill and Serve:

    • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

    • Slice and serve cold!

  • You can swap graham crackers with crushed vanilla wafers or Golden Oreos.

  • For a lighter version, use light cream cheese and sugar-free pudding.

  • Add chopped pecans or almonds on top for a crunch.
