  • 1 cup (240 ml) fresh-brewed hot coffee

  • 1–2 teaspoons sugar (optional)

  • 1–2 tablespoons milk, cream, or dairy-free alternative (optional)

  • Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg (optional, for flavor)


Instructions:

  1. Brew your coffee using your preferred method (drip, French press, pour-over, etc.).

  2. Sweeten with sugar or your preferred sweetener if desired.

  3. Add milk or cream to taste—adjust depending on how creamy you like it.

  4. Sprinkle spices like cinnamon or nutmeg on top if you want extra warmth and flavor.

If you’re looking for a boost without breakfast:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hot black coffee

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (or ghee)

  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil or coconut oil

  • Blender

Instructions:

  1. Brew coffee.

  2. Add butter and MCT oil to the coffee.

  3. Blend for 20–30 seconds until creamy and frothy.
