Here’s a super easy and delicious cream cheese cake recipe that uses minimal ingredients and effort — perfect for beginners or when you’re short on time!


The Easiest Cream Cheese Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 ready-made graham cracker pie crust (9-inch)

  • Optional: fruit topping (cherry, blueberry, etc.)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

  2. Make the filling:
    In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Stir in vanilla.

  3. Assemble:
    Pour the cream cheese mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

  4. Bake:
    Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the center is set (it might still jiggle slightly). Let it cool to room temperature.

  5. Chill:
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).

  6. Top and serve:
    Add your favorite fruit topping or serve plain. Slice and enjoy!
