2 slices of bread (your choice)

1-2 tbsp butter (softened)
-
Optional: garlic powder, herbs, or a sprinkle of paprika for extra flavor
Instructions:

Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for about 3-5 minutes.

Butter the bread: Spread softened butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread. If you want, sprinkle a bit of garlic powder or herbs on the buttered side for extra flavor.
-
Assemble the sandwich: Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, on a clean surface. Add your cheese slices on top, then place the other slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
-
Air fry: Put the sandwich in the air fryer basket. Cook at 370°F for 6-8 minutes. Halfway through (around 3-4 minutes), carefully flip the sandwich to cook the other side evenly.

-
Add extras inside like tomato slices, bacon, or ham for a deluxe grilled cheese.
