🍦 Creamy 3-Ingredient Fruit Protein Pops

Ingredients (Makes about 6 popsicles):

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla – high protein)

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen fruit (like strawberries, mango, or blueberries)

  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)


Instructions:

  1. Blend:
    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  2. Pour & Freeze:
    Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Tap gently to remove air bubbles.

  3. Freeze:
    Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until completely solid.
