Here’s a simple and tasty Immunity Boosting Juice recipe packed with vitamins and antioxidants:


Immunity Boosting Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges (peeled)

  • 1 lemon (peeled)

  • 1-inch piece of ginger (peeled)

  • 1 carrot (washed and chopped)

  • 1 apple (washed and chopped)

  • 1 handful of spinach or kale (optional, for extra nutrients)

  • 1 tsp honey (optional, for sweetness)

  • 1 cup water or coconut water

  • Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Add the oranges, lemon, ginger, carrot, apple, and spinach/kale into a blender.

  2. Pour in the water or coconut water.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Taste and add honey if you want it sweeter.

  5. Strain the juice if you prefer a smoother texture, or drink as is for more fiber.

  6. Serve chilled with ice cubes if desired.
