Here’s a yogurt-chilled lassi recipe that’s refreshing, creamy, and perfect for hot days. This is the sweet lassi version—cool, slightly tangy, and aromatic.


🥣 Chilled Sweet Lassi Recipe

🧾 Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (full-fat for creaminess)

  • 1/2 cup chilled water (or milk for richer lassi)

  • 2–3 tsp sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (optional but aromatic)

  • A few ice cubes

  • Pinch of salt (enhances flavor)

  • Chopped nuts for garnish (optional – pistachios or almonds)

  • A few saffron strands or rose water (optional – for special flavor)


🥄 Instructions:

  1. Blend yogurt, chilled water/milk, sugar, cardamom, and salt in a blender until frothy (30–45 seconds).

  2. Taste and adjust sugar or water consistency as preferred.

  3. Add ice cubes and give it one last quick blend or shake.

  4. Serve chilled in tall glasses.

  5. Garnish with chopped nuts, a sprinkle of cardamom, or a strand of saffron if desired.


🧊 Tips:

  • Use Greek yogurt for extra thick lassi.

  • For a fruit version, blend in mango pulp (for mango lassi).

  • If your yogurt is too sour, increase sugar slightly or blend with some milk.
