Steak Bites with Garlic Butter:

Sounds delicious! Here’s a simple and tasty recipe for Steak Bites with Garlic Butter:


Ingredients:

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin, ribeye, or your favorite cut), cut into bite-sized cubes

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Steak:
    Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.

  2. Cook the Steak:
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak bites in a single layer (don’t overcrowd the pan; cook in batches if needed). Sear for about 2-3 minutes per side until nicely browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove steak bites from the pan and set aside.

  3. Make the Garlic Butter:
    In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add the butter. Once melted, add the minced garlic and thyme or rosemary if using. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant but not burnt.

  4. Combine:
    Return the steak bites to the pan. Toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce and cook for another minute to meld flavors.

  5. Serve:
    Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately. These go great with mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, or over rice.
