Here’s The Ultimate 10-Minute Recipe – quick, delicious, and satisfying. It’s a Garlic Butter Shrimp with Lemon Pasta, and it comes together fast with pantry staples and fresh flavor.


🍤 Garlic Butter Shrimp with Lemon Pasta

⏱️ Time: 10 minutes
🍽️ Serves: 2


🛒 Ingredients:

  • 6 oz (170g) spaghetti or linguine

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 8 oz (225g) shrimp, peeled & deveined (fresh or thawed frozen)

  • Zest & juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

  • Grated Parmesan (optional)


🔪 Instructions:

  1. Cook Pasta (5 min)

    • Boil water with salt. Add pasta and cook until al dente (about 5-6 min if using fresh or thin pasta).

    • Drain, but reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.

  2. Sauté Shrimp (3 min)

    • While pasta cooks, melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

    • Add shrimp, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

    • Add lemon juice and zest, stir.

  3. Combine & Serve (2 min)

    • Add drained pasta to the skillet with a splash of reserved pasta water.

    • Toss to coat. Add parsley and Parmesan if using.


✅ Tips:

  • Use pre-cooked shrimp to save time—just warm it through.

  • Swap pasta for zucchini noodles for a low-carb version.

  • No shrimp? Use rotisserie chicken, or keep it vegetarian with mushrooms.
