Pineapple Fluff

Here’s a  Pineapple Fluff recipe — a classic, light, and fluffy dessert that’s sweet, tangy, and creamy. Perfect for potlucks or anytime you want a refreshing treat!


Pineapple Fluff Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  • 1 cup shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened, your choice)

  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cream Cheese Base:
    In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add Pineapple:
    Add the entire can of crushed pineapple, including the juice, to the cream cheese. Mix well until combined.

  3. Fold in the Marshmallows:
    Gently fold in the mini marshmallows. The marshmallows will add a nice fluffy texture and a bit of sweetness.

  4. Add Coconut and Nuts:
    Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped nuts (if using). These add texture and flavor to the fluff.

  5. Fold in the Whipped Topping:
    Carefully fold in the whipped topping to keep the mixture light and airy.

  6. Chill:
    Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours to let the flavors meld and the marshmallows soften.

  7. Serve:
    Serve chilled in a bowl or individual cups. Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of extra coconut or a few pineapple chunks on top.


Tips:

  • For an extra creamy version, you can whip the cream cheese before mixing to make it even fluffier.

  • If you don’t want nuts, just leave them out—it’s still delicious!

  • Use fresh whipped cream if you prefer homemade over store-bought whipped topping.
