🛒 Ingredients

🔸 For the Baked Potatoes:

  • 2 large Russet potatoes

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp sea salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

🔸 For the Steak:

  • 8 oz ribeye, sirloin, or steak of choice

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: Fresh rosemary or thyme

🔸 For the Shrimp:

  • 8–10 medium or large shrimp, peeled & deveined

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • Optional: Cajun seasoning or Old Bay

🔸 For the Loaded Toppings:

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • 2 tbsp chopped chives or green onions

  • ¼ cup cooked bacon bits

  • 2 tbsp butter


🔪 Instructions

1. Bake the Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Pat dry.

  3. Prick each potato a few times with a fork.

  4. Rub them with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  5. Place directly on the oven rack or a baking sheet.

  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a knife.

2. Cook the Steak

  1. While potatoes bake, season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  2. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Sear steak for 3–4 minutes per side (depending on thickness and preferred doneness).

  4. Optional: Add rosemary/thyme and baste with butter.

  5. Remove from heat, rest for 5–10 minutes, then slice thinly.

3. Sauté the Shrimp

  1. In a clean skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  3. Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice (add Cajun or Old Bay if using).

  4. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

4. Assemble the Loaded Baked Potatoes

  1. Cut a slit in each baked potato and fluff the insides with a fork.

  2. Add butter, then cheese, letting it melt.

  3. Top with sour cream, bacon bits, and chives/green onions.

  4. Add sliced steak and shrimp on top.

  5. Optionally, drizzle with garlic butter or steak sauce.
