Instructions:

Preheat oven: to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the puff pastry: Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.

Spread sauce: Evenly spread the pizza sauce over the puff pastry, leaving about a 1/2-inch border on all sides.

Add cheese: Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella evenly over the sauce.

Layer pepperoni: Place the pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.

Roll it up: Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the puff pastry into a tight log.
