Here’s a simple  2-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Cheese Sticks recipe that’s high in protein, low in carbs, and super easy to make.

🧀 2-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Cheese Sticks

✅ Ingredients:

  1. Cottage Cheese – 1 cup (full-fat or low-fat, your choice)

  2. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese – 1 cup (or another melty cheese like cheddar)

🧑‍🍳 Instructions (Step-by-Step):

🔹 Step 1: Preheat Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.

🔹 Step 2: Blend the Cottage Cheese

  • Add 1 cup of cottage cheese to a blender or food processor.

  • Blend until smooth — this gets rid of the lumps and gives a creamy consistency.

💡 Tip: If you like the texture of whole curds, you can skip blending, but smooth is best for cheesy sticks.

🔹 Step 3: Mix with Mozzarella

  • In a bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella.

  • Mix thoroughly to form a cheesy, sticky dough.

🔹 Step 4: Shape the Cheese Sticks

  • Scoop the mixture onto your lined tray in stick shapes (about 3-4 inches long and ½ inch thick).

  • You can use a piping bag, a spoon, or even mold them by hand.

  • Leave space between sticks to allow even cooking.

🔹 Step 5: Bake

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown on the edges and firm in the center.

  • For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2–3 minutes (watch closely so they don’t burn).

🔹 Step 6: Cool and Serve

  • Let the sticks cool for 5–10 minutes to firm up.

  • Serve with marinara sauce, ranch, or enjoy as-is!

🍴 Optional Add-ins (if you want to spice it up):

  • Garlic powder or Italian seasoning for flavor

  • Grated Parmesan for extra cheesiness

  • Chopped herbs like parsley or basil

🧊 Storage:

  • Fridge: Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

  • Freezer: Freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in oven or air fryer.
