Soft, golden dough balls stuffed with:

  • Spicy Buffalo chicken

  • Crispy bacon

  • Gooey mozzarella cheese

Then brushed with garlic butter, baked (or air-fried), and optionally served with ranch or blue cheese for dipping.


📝 Ingredients

For the Filling:

  • 1 ½ cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

  • ¼ cup Buffalo sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)

  • ½ cup cream cheese (softened)

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 6 strips crispy bacon, crumbled

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or mozzarella cubes

For the Dough:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough

3. Prepare the Dough

  • Flatten each biscuit or dough piece into a small circle (~3 inches wide).

  • Scoop ~1 to 1½ tbsp of the filling into the center of each.

4. Form the Bombs

  • Carefully bring the edges of the dough up and pinch to seal. Roll gently into a ball.

5. Bake

  • Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet (or in air fryer basket).

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and puffed.

    • Air fryer: ~10–12 minutes, but watch closely.

6. Brush with Garlic Butter

  • Combine melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush over hot bombs.

  • Optional: sprinkle a bit of Parmesan on top.

7. Serve Hot

  • Serve with ranch, blue cheese dressing, or even more Buffalo sauce for dipping
