🥗 Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad
Ingredients:

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced (rotisserie chicken works great)

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup mayonnaise (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons sour cream (optional for extra creaminess)

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning (or use a packet of ranch dressing mix)

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

1/4 cup chopped celery (optional for crunch)

1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for extra flavor)

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or dill (optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions:

Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain and crumble it.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken, crumbled bacon, red onion, celery, and cheddar cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (if using), ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
