Here’s a festive and easy No-Bake 4th of July Swirl Pie recipe! It’s creamy, patriotic, and perfect for summer celebrations.

🧁 Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 1 Β½ cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10 sheets)

  • ΒΌ cup granulated sugar

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

  • Red and blue food coloring or gel

  • Optional: lemon zest for added brightness

1. Make the Crust:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

  2. Press mixture into the bottom and slightly up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.

  3. Chill the crust in the fridge while preparing the filling.

2. Make the Filling:

  1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, and beat again until creamy.

  3. Fold in the whipped topping gently until fully combined.

3. Color and Swirl:

  1. Divide the filling into three bowls.

  2. Leave one white, tint one red, and the other blue.

  3. Drop spoonfuls of each color randomly over the crust.

  4. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the colors together (don’t overmix).

4. Chill:

  1. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until set.
