3-ingredient yogurt cake

Here’s a simple 3-ingredient yogurt cake recipe with no added sugar and no flour — perfect if you want something easy, healthy, and delicious!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or any plain yogurt)

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup almond flour (or finely ground nuts/coconut flour for a different texture)


Optional add-ins:

  • A handful of berries or chopped nuts

  • Vanilla extract or cinnamon for flavor (no sugar needed)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until fluffy.

  3. Add the yogurt and mix until smooth.

  4. Fold in the almond flour gently until combined.

  5. Pour the batter into a greased or lined cake pan.

  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the cake is golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  7. Let it cool, then enjoy!
