🌿 The Healing Leaves Tea Recipe
Ingredients:

1 tsp dried chamomile flowers

1 tsp dried lemon balm leaves

1 tsp dried peppermint leaves

½ tsp dried lavender buds (optional)

1 cup hot water (just below boiling)
Instructions:

Combine all dried herbs in a teapot or infuser.

Pour hot water over the herbs.

Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
