🌿 The Healing Leaves Tea Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp dried chamomile flowers

  • 1 tsp dried lemon balm leaves

  • 1 tsp dried peppermint leaves

  • ½ tsp dried lavender buds (optional)

  • 1 cup hot water (just below boiling)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all dried herbs in a teapot or infuser.

  2. Pour hot water over the herbs.

  3. Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.

  4. Strain and enjoy warm. Add honey or lemon if desired.

Benefits:

  • Chamomile: Calming, helps with sleep and digestion.

  • Lemon balm: Reduces stress, supports mood.

  • Peppermint: Eases digestion, refreshing.

  • Lavender: Calming aroma, aids in relaxation (optional).
